By accessing and using this website, you are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following Agreement carefully before placing your order. HoeWear Clothing Co/HaoleKid Vinyl Graphics reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to the site. You agree to review the contents of this Agreement on a periodic basis and your continued access and use of this site will be deemed an implied consent to the content of this Agreement.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All vinyl graphics and T-Shirts are created by HoeWear Clothing Co/HaoleKid Vinyl Graphics on an individual basis, according to the specifications provided by the customer through our online ordering system or via special requests. All orders are custom made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are ordering a Vinyl Graphic, we suggest that you carefully read our Vinyl Installation Guide (available on our site) before installing your graphic. Both surface preparation and following proper installation techniques are essential in obtaining a successful installation of your graphic. 

Any product resulting in an error on the part of HoeWear Clothing Co/HaoleKid Vinyl Graphics will be replaced upon request. The customer may also choose to return or exchange such products within thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipment. (The cost of the graphic will be refunded. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable)

Our goal is your complete customer satisfaction, so if you have a problem, please send us an e-mail and we can discuss how and if we can resolve any issues you might have.

SHIPPING:
It is our policy to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise disclosed to the customer.  Orders are shipped to the address associated with your PayPal® account, or the address included with your PayPal® payment when ordering (if you do not have a PayPal® account).  If your order is shipped to the wrong address due to the above not being followed, we will be happy to resend your order once it is returned to us.  The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with this.  If you would like your order sent to a different address, you must email us directly to provide us with that address.

We use the USPS as our preferred carrier.  Customers have the option or USPS First Class® or USPS Priority® in most circumstances.  Products weight and size may require the use of USPS Priority®.  If this is the case, our sites checkout application will only offer it as an option.  HoeWear Clothing Co/HaoleKid Vinyl Graphics is not responsible for any delays in shipping by the carrier.  HoeWear Clothing Co/HaoleKid Vinyl Graphics is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a third party in the shipping process.
